It is important to be a healthy person and to have a good easy life away from disease. As you know the health depend on many things like types of food , exercise and hours of sleep.
There are several things helps you to be fit and healthy person. First , you have to eat from the five main food groups. Moreover eating fruit and vegetables on every meal helps your body to earn nutrient and vitamins . Second, drinking eight cups of water a day and avoiding fats and fizzy drinks is important. Third, drinking a cup of milk every morning earns your body calcium and power to start your day. Forth, To have a healthy strong body you have to exercise every day ;the best time to start an exercise program in the morning. Moreover Choosing the right sport is important because it will make you feel fun and you will enjoy your time while you are making sport without feeling boring . finally, Sleeping enough makes your body fit and healthy. For example Healthy people use to wake up early to keep them self look younger and powerful and complete their day in active mood and in the end of the day they go and sleep early. In addition Getting not enough sleep make the parson feel dizzy.
In conclusion, I think the most important thing for your diet is to see how much you eat and how you prepare your food also you have to sleep enough and exercise well to be a healthy parson.
