Exercise it’s a very important and necessary for our health .Also, we should do some exercise everyday in anytime .When the people eat diet food they should do exercise to keep their body strong and healthy .Its useful for people have heart diseases, diabetes, and obesity .In addition, it helps them to improve their health and keeps it .I think we should do exercise daily to stay alive and keep our life.
