Smoking

Smoking is a phenomenon that has spread in many countries of the word. Smoking has expanded to include millions of individuals from different social levels and different ages. This essay looks at some of the reasons why smoking is a problem, and suggests some solutions to the problems.
Smoking causes multiple problems for countries and communities. First of all, smoking is the cause of death and disease. Cigarettes cause more deaths than cocaine, car accidents and AIDS. Secondly, smoking creates health problems, such as headache, anxiety, difficulty breathing and heart problems. Thirdly, according to Aljazeera.net the women who are subjected to secondhand smoke during childhood or in the early stage were more likely to face problems in pregnancy and exposure to abortion.
Despite these problems, smoking problem can be solved. Education is the first way. Children need to be told at home and in school about smoking. People need to be aware of the effects so that they can avoid this problem. A second solution, according to quitsmoking.lifetips.com, smokers should get a hobby. They should try something new and add something useful in their life. The third solution is advertisement. TV must show programs of danger of smoking and how it’s bad to the individual and society.
In conclusion, in this essay, I have talked about the problems and solutions of smoking. The problems were smoking is a cause of death, smoking makes health problems and poses a danger for pregnant women. On the other hand, the solutions were education, smokers should get a hobby and advertisement. In my opinion, the government should prevent the sale of cigarettes in the state to preserve the public health.

  1. Absolutely perfect! My only complaint is that when you list your summary in the conclusion, list with nouns or gerunds only. Avoid verb phrases. Otherwise, this is great.
