Ann Moore invented the snugli baby carriage.She declared that she didnot invent the idea.She was in French West Africa as a Peace Corps volunteer when she observed how women carried their children close to them on thier backs.When she went back to her country, with her mother she designed a carrier for her daughter. Them she formed a company to make and market the carriage and she called it Snugli.It was agreed by the government on 1969.I wanted to tell about this women because she is so clever.She didnt have to invent anything. She only adapted something used for hundreds of years to the modern culture.
