simple action plan to keep you body healthy

Each person should have an action plan in his life to stay healthy. First of all, we should think about our diet. The most important thing is to drink 1.815 of water every day and when you eat you most balance between sugar and salt to be more healthy. There are many kind of food we should avoid like Chocolate, fast food, Soft drinks, coffee, Crisps and Sweets. On the other hand, there are many kind of food we should eat such as vegetables, fruit, carbohydrates, sea food and milks. The main thing to stay healthy is to do some activities several times a week and there are many activities you may chose like Yoga, aerobics, water skinning, Karate and Snow skinning. This is my simple action plan to keep you body healthy and live for along time without any health problems.
